Term-Conclusion Homework Inspection
As the saying goes, ‘good tools are prerequisite to the successful execution of a job.’ Therefore, in order to further standardize the teaching management, promote the normalization, standardization and refinement of teaching routine work, continuously improve the professional quality of teachers, and optimize the teaching process, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai, also in charge of the Senior High School Division, asked the Senior High School Division to carry out the end-of-term homework inspection activities. Accordingly, on 26th June, 2024, the Senior High School Division conducted a detailed and comprehensive homework inspection of all grades and disciplines. Also, Deputy Director Jiang Shengyou concretely implemented the inspection.
To be specific, this homework inspection not only focused on the types of homework, but also attached great significance to the design and quality of the homework. On the other hand, the homework was evaluated comprehensively from multiple dimensions as follows: writing standard, content accuracy, diversified forms and depth of thinking.
In conclusion, through inspection, it is found that the homework assigned by teachers is moderate in amount and diverse in forms. Besides, teachers can optimize homework design to achieve the goal of strengthening quality and efficiency. More noticeably, teachers can not only meticulously, timely and pertinently correct students’ homework, but also stress on students' second revision. Evidently, each subtle symbol can reflect the hard work of teachers in education and teaching. Meanwhile, every carefully corrected homework can showcase teachers' silent efforts in education and teaching as well!
